What a disappointment! I'm a member of their e-club, where you receive a free bundtlet for your birthday. Today is my birthday, but since I registered with my work email and couldn't provide proof, they refused to honor the offer. They wouldn't even check their system to verify my membership. It's really frustrating, and I won't be returning.
The staff is consistently friendly, and I absolutely love the atmosphere! It's no surprise that the cakes are the best!
Delaney was so kind and helpful! She helped me pick the perfect cake for my celebration. I absolutely appreciated all of her help!
A bit pricy for the size but absolutely worth it for the taste!
