I came back 1 hour later and the lady who took my order was again super rude at the second time I came in. I think they need to treat the employees a little better and maybe they have more employees with better customer service I won't come back if this lady works I'm in a grocery store I'm manager and if my staff treated customers like they would look for a new job.
It was terrible. Waited for over twenty minutes in the drive thru everything I wanted was chicken and green beans while on the window, she says they don't have green beans. Okay, corn's okay. She repeats it back so you want corn, then I said yes. I came home, and she made rice with another bowl of about ten pieces of corn. I guess they didn't have corn either. She could have said that. My food was Luke warm. I'm sorry I don't see how they stay open. Please do better.
Food was good, service definitely not friendly, but got our order right. It was like they just wanted to drive the service, but the lobby should be open for a few hours. Tea has already been put on, the sauces (ketchup, tar, cocktail sauce, vinegar) were all laid on. Food: 4/5
This was the first time we went to Covid to Long John Silver. The cashier was not able to help us because the manager, April phone instructions always said that Long John Silver has frozen tacos and sandwiches so that we could order nothing other than fried fish. In addition, when we did the promotion and asked to write a pen to write the number down, she refused to bluntly before other customers. She refused to go 3 boxes because we only ordered 2 meals. She was over rude and staff in the kitchen enjoyed her misconduct. You and all employees behave in any way, especially by gestures towards my head cloth. Long John Silver was never before Covid.
When I went to the drive thru the speaker box was broken(has been for some time), so rather than wait in line, I went inside.First thing I hear/see is an employee berating a customer because he asked for ranch, which they don't have. They could have been nicer about it, but they were not. The food tasted like the grease was old and bad. This comes from personal experience as a former LJS employee. Bad grease= foul tasting food. The prices have gotten ridiculous for what you get. If you want to pay 4* dining prices for 1* food, then this is the place for you, otherwise avoid it!
