Golden Chick - Wichita Falls

The employees at this restaurant could benefit from some customer service training. I went to Laufwerk tonight and waited for someone to come up to take my order, but no one even said thank you for waiting. When they were finally ready, they just told me the total without a smile or a friendly greeting. It felt like they were just there to take my money and give me my food. When I asked how their evening was going, they only made half a smile and said "good, and yours?" Overall, the customer service was very poor.

I recently visited Golden Chick on Jacksboro Highway and had a disappointing experience. The service was very rude during both of my visits. My order was incorrect the first time and when I tried to address it with the employees, they rolled their eyes and responded dismissively. During my second visit, my order was once again wrong. When I pointed out the missing items, the staff member was very rude and made it clear that they were inconvenienced by my request. I understand that people have bad days, but the consistently poor service at this location has led me to the decision not to return and I do not recommend Golden Chick on Jacksboro Highway.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The staff were unhygienic, with one girl wearing fake purple nails shedding skin and another wearing a purple bathrobe and home shoes. I ended up throwing away my food and losing $10. The manager was unprofessional and aggressive, leaving a rude voicemail. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The worst service of all time! we didn't even get all our food we paid! we will never eat at a golden box!

I love Golden Chick not only for the food but for the hard work that the employees put in considering all of the Bs that they endure... People need to understand and realize that some things are beyond their control and that they do the best they can with what they're given. So hats off to the two managers that always seem to work together. The one with the unique color changing eyes and the tall slim one with the pretty nails... They might as well move in because one of them is always there keeping everything under control. Great job ladies!!!! And if it was up to me... I'd definitely change the customer is always right policy because that's just a gateway for people to scam for free food and also drives up your waste costs at the end of the day..
