Dockside Willie's - Wiarton

Really disappointed in this $17.00 Montreal smoked meat sandwich from Dock Side Willie's , it was the size of a finger sandwich, and no mustard, just bread and meat. My wife ordered the club sandwich and it was no better. After spending over 50.00 we left hungry. There is better places in Wiarton to eat.

I hadn 't realized ownership had changed until I seen the menu. The menu appearance made me think that it would reflect the food, boring, unattractive, cheap looking. I was happily surprised.Very simple and basic. Food was decent, portions were ok. Snack size poutine was great but was astonished the size of the regular poutine was so small in comparison to the snack size. Fish was good. Service was good. Food was good. I was looking forward to the veggie grilled cheese they use to have. I probably won 't frequent the spot, it 's got everything all the other places have and nothing extra , nice location too.

Me and my buddy road up there to and stop for food there because the pictures of the food looks really good but when we got there we wanted steak but they didn’t have any, they should update their pictures, the food was ok it would have been better if the food came out hot and the beers came out cold it wasn’t just me the food and beer was like that my buddies got it too warm beers and cold food but it is what it is.But the service was good

Been a few times and food was good but the last three times we have tried to go they are closed. Just can’t depend on them being open so not sure I will try again.

If you're new in town and looking for a place to eat quickly when you don't know where you are, it's okay to be here. Other than that, food was terrible. Service was great.
