The Chicken Bodega - Whittier

All I can say is amazing! This place was just around the corner from my destination, and I always passed it, wondering about its offerings. I'm so glad I decided to stop in today! My boyfriend and I ordered the Dirty Bodega fries and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich (fried; they also offer a grilled option). It was satisfying without being too heavy, making it the perfect lunch for a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely be returning very soon. Everything is made fresh to order, so be prepared to wait patiently. They appreciate it, and you should too! We only waited about 10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it.

We had to ask the staff what their secret is for cooking the chicken because I've never seen it fall off the bone like this before! The texture, presentation, and flavor are all incredible! It's just so delicious!

If you're in search of a healthy, satisfying, and budget-friendly dining option, Chicken Bodega is the perfect spot! I tried the two-piece chicken meal, which includes the chicken and two sides. I chose the salad and street corn, and everything was fresh and incredibly delicious. Many of the menu items are also keto-friendly and low in calories. It's very affordable, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely be returning! 10/10!

What a jewel! I have tried both their fried and grilled chicken sandwiches; they are both DELICIOUS!!! Appreciate the slaw on the sandwiches is citrus with an oil base. Placed my order online, received a discount and they made my sandwich how I like it, with no mayo/aioli. Truly appreciate when a restaurant gets an order right.

It needs more FLAVOR! The chipotle sauce is good the chicken batter needs more seasoning/flavor/taste and is at 80% for a taste visual imo? The fries are good, so is the corn along with the bun. Other than the simple menu, wholesome food and great prices it would?ve gotten a 5 for sure.
