Starbucks - Whittier

I like to stop by this Starbucks because they are not in a busy spot where the drinks are not available. I can always get my double smoke sandwich, strawberry acai refresher, iced caramel macchiato honey citrus mint tea. The service at through the drive-thru is always great.

I usually am a little picky with my coffee and don't like interaction but the barista there was very nice and asked me how I'd like it and my coffee turned out pretty good. I wish I got her name but she was very nice about my pistachio cold foam.

Stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes, not moving. WTH?

I'm posting while inside the store. It's fairly empty with nobody in line and one person who ordered ahead of me. I've been waiting TWENTY minutes for a simple coffee. I have never been to a Starbucks where baristas are as sluggish as they are here. They either need to get heavily trained or get someone to supervise and make them hustle. I will not be coming back here. There was a party who was waiting for a pick up order... I am finally leaving before they did. Unbelievable.

Always a hit-miss location for me. sometimes the orders are correct but most of the time, its off. drive-thru lines gets ridiculous at times but goes fast, unless the car in front is ordering 20items w/special instructions which happens too often. many occasions, they always run out of feta wraps yet its only 9a how is that even possible, Starbucks ?!
