They didn?t make an effort to correct the mistake, another crew member offer to remake our food. We shouldn?t have to almost beg for them to fix the problem, mistakes happen and I totally understand, I just don?t need someone give us attitude cause they lost or give away our food. Customer service training needed at this facility for sure.
I don?t believe it. Of all the places for me to review, I?m leaving one for a fast food restaurant. But as I sit here enjoying my meal with my wife, we can?t help but to recognize this place. Even though it?s the same Rubio?s name as the other locations, this one was particularly good in their taste and service. I was met by who I think is the manager, Benjamin, and the staff member Abby today when picking up my order. They were both very friendly and helpful. The cook line staff also seemed to be enjoying their job, something you don?t often see in fast food restaurants. Almost as (or most) importantly, the quality and taste of their food is so good. My wife and I love Rubio?s and we will be coming back to this location in the future!
This is the best fast food place I have been to. Very clean, fresh condiments: diced onion and cilantro, 3 salsa, real utensils. Large sitting area, 2sides accessible to condiment. Returned plates are put orderly by customers. Foods are great. Fish are grilled not fried for tacos.
The food is really great and I will be coming back more for sure because it?s like I can?t have enough of the many options this fantastic place has!
This place was a great place to eat. It was also inexpensive. The food was good too. I had the fish tacos and they were yummy. I would definitely go back
