Jenny's Country Kitchen - Whittier

My first time here. It was upset because I heard so many good things. Chicken Fried Steak Breakfast ordered. Meat had another taste I didn't like. I thought chicken roast steak had a crunchy bread. No bread and no crispy. So much heaviness they thought I didn't realize it wasn't a chicken fried. Fried potatoes were finally Moshy Haschbraun. My over medium-sized eggs were simple. This next part is probably due to my OCD, but everything floated on gravity. So glad I don't have beans. Couldn't imagine fried beans with land engraving. Service was good. I can't remember the last time I've eaten half a meal. Not sure I will try this place at any time.

Large service they sanitize every table after each use have hand sanitation on each table. clean environment. great chili verde great food.

I had the chicken fried steak and a cookie with Gravy. My wife had the chilaquiles with green salsa. The accounts were under $40. There were many cool 80s film posters.

I was on the road with my friends from SF and we stop in the morning at this nice restaurant before going to the hotel.The staff is very nice and they make u feel like home.The menu have a lot of stuff like 4 full page.I order chili verde with sunny side up egg,hashbrowns,beans and flours tortillas.I was a lot of food a little spicy and it was enough.The bathroom is true the kitchen but I dont have a problem with that.I like the time spend there for sure I want to go next time.Thanks Jenny(I'm not sure who is jenny)!

This place is a hole in the wall. Which I like but can get a little packed .. Food is good. I tryed Chicken Waffles and Menudo . Service was good too have lots of staff ask if everything okay and if u need anything.
