This place blew me away honestly the food was really good ! Like top 3 sushi spots in whittier and the service was really good and friendly. Highly recommend. Just make sure you call to reserve your table during the covid era

Grill N Sushi is a small business specializing in sushi rolls and teriyaki chicken and beef. The taste, presentation, freshness, and service is of high standard! This restaurant is operated by a power couple named John and Jenny. They make it and serve with love. Many Whittier residents make this place their go to spot for sushi.

I picked up a order to go that consisted of the Mexico roll USA roll and Y2K roll and I was completely satisfied! The sashimi on top of the USA rolls was fresh they did not taste old the Mexico city roll was good the only thing I would change is putting Sriracha chili instead of tapatío and the Y2k roll was great! Let me tell you my wife is a picky BIZZ when it comes to food she don't like sushi and for the first time she loved this Y2K roll so they must be doing something right. Also the owner was very nice and sweet that's a big plus!

This is a great hidden spot for great sushi and great Japanese style grilled food. The sushi is on par with some of the best sushi places out there. Always fresh and the albacore is on point. This is not like a cheap style sushi joint. This place is good.

My husband and I eat here about 2-3 times a month, and from what I've seen the other patrons are equally as loyal. The owners John and Jenny are so lovely and welcoming, and the sushi is legit delicious. Try the USA roll if you like sashimi and want some variety.
