Del Taco - Whittier

I tried their shrimp tacos. They would have been better if the cook had made sure that the tortillas were warm . Tacos on cold tortillas does not work for me.

Really good place I'd you want a delicious burrito on the way work or even at night I usually get something after midnight because I work late so anytime you get a great bit thank well recommended.

Since Del Taco added birria to the menu I decided to give it a try. An amazing complement to any burrito you buy. Try dipping your favorite in a caldo de birria whenever you have a chance.

The drive-thru cashier was friendly. Ordered 3 Layer Nachos, Tostada with secret sauce and Taco Meat and a Steak Quesadilla. The Quesadilla was super cheesy and stretchy. Absolutely loved it. The secret sauce is the way to go with the taco meat on the tostada. It holds its structure well when biting into it. My 3 Layer Nachos could have used more toppings. Some chips had nothing on em. Overall, I would come back to this location because the way they made my quesadilla. Small parking lot. Glad they remodeled the building to green and white to make the restaurant stand out more.
