Buffalo Wild Wings - Whittier

The entire restaurant is only half full, yet we were told there is still an hour and a half wait. I am here with my two children and it is frustrating that they did not schedule enough waiters, especially on a busy Sunday for a Raiders game. The restaurant is nice, but the seating situation is terrible. It is even more frustrating to see so many empty tables and no one waiting in the lobby. I was also informed that I could not sit in the bar area, as it is reserved for those who have been waiting. I always thought it was first come, first served. Shake my head.

I really love this place! Beer, Onion rings and wings are my favorite! This is the best place to watch sports game with your friends. Even alone! Oh I am sure the staffs are really nice and friendly!

Haven't been to BWW in a while and I probably won't be returning soon. The restaurant was so dirty including the restrooms. The server was friendly but incredibly slow. The place wasn't very pack so I don't understand why it took us so long to be acknowledged. The food was greasy and nothing special. We went cause it was the only place close by that was open late. Sad to say it wasn't a good experience.

Terrible experience! I placed an order at 9:00 and had to wait an hour for it to be ready. When I arrived to pick up my food, I discovered that several items were missing. Even though the staff assured me that everything I ordered was there, I could not reach them by phone to address the issue. My kids were left disappointed and hungry. I will not be returning to this restaurant and do not recommend it to others.

Visited this place today with my co workers to celebrate a birthday, for starters the waiter didn’t offer us water, we waited more than an hour to get our food after been seated, once we got our food the fries and wings were cold it just didn’t make any sense because the place wasn’t even busy what’s going on??????
