Bluefin Sushi Teriyaki - Whittier

Really great long time standing teriyaki shop! Staple fresh. They aren’t fast food so their food comes out 10-20 minutes but totally worth it because I can tell they’re cooking everything fresh. All their sauces are made in house it’s bomb.

They have changed a little under new ownership, but the food is still very good. Portions are now a little smaller, which is completely fine. Before the portions were maybe a little too much. Menu is still the same as far as I have seen. We still enjoy getting take out from there. Now open on Sundays.

Yum! Very fresh and the teriyaki is not overly sweet. The chicken is finely cut not like other places. I like the the bento box it comes with sushi, miso soup, teriyaki chicken, tempura vegetables and rice. So worth the price.

They have been around for years, consistently providing excellent service and even better food!

I just had to share this experience: A couple of weekends ago, I planned a surprise birthday party for my wife. Unfortunately, my original food plans fell through at the last minute, so I turned to Google and discovered Bluefin. I called them and explained my situation, apologizing for the last-minute request, as I needed a large order to serve over 10 people. The staff at Bluefin were incredibly accommodating, quickly putting together a sizable order in just a few hours. They even arranged everything in a beautiful display for my wife. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind, both on the phone and in person. The sushi was absolutely fantastic, and my wife couldn't have been happier. Thank you so much!
