The good stuff: Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, good wine list, starters were good, dessert was good. The whole meal was let down my lacklustre main courses. My partner had a veggie option that really lacked seasoning and flavour. Not worth its £18 price tag. I had the fish pie, at £26 I was expecting something special. It was very average in flavour, quite a watery sauce which isn’t my personal preference, sure the fish that was in there seemed good quality, but the whole dish was very small for the price. It seems like the portion has been shrunk in the last year so don’t pay attention to old photos. Real shame, was really looking forward to this place, was a bit of a let down because their ethos sounds so great but ultimately the delivered goods just aren’t there. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
