I visit this coffee shop almost every day after getting my Costa fix to enjoy an hour of me-time and catch up on some reading for work. It's truly a wonderful place. The coffee is delicious, and the staff are fantastic. They know my order by heart, and the bright, sunny atmosphere makes it even better. I’ve noticed that every customer seems to receive the same warm welcome. They really know how to create a great morning coffee experience for everyone!

5 stars! The young man who works there always knows my drink before I even have to say anything. He's consistently polite and welcoming.

This Costa Coffee site is within the shopping arcade in Whitley Bay and is always a busy one, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they also have a great rapport with their clientele, it is always a pleasure to come in and be greeted with a smile!!
