I specifically stated i wanted a build your own with ham, roast beef and pickles. they made me a number 8 with all of the normal toppings and roast beef instead if ham. my first time there and I’m not going back.
Half my delivery order was missing. I called they said they would send it out. I was 1/2 way finished with my sub asked for a credit instead. I was told I had to speak to a manager. I finished my sub waiting on-hold for the manager. He told me they could deliver the rest to me but couldn’t give me a refund for the missing items. I was going to bed because it was late and didn’t want another delivery. He said that’s all they could do. I said if you can’t give me a credit then you’ve lost a customer that orders from you 1 or 2 times a week. He said ok. He didn’t say I’m sorry, or we’ll fix this. Just ok (meaning we don’t need you as a customer). So even though I’ve been a Jimmy John’s customer for 15 years, I’m now done with Jimmy John’s per their wishes.
It's so frustrating when you only have 30 minutes for lunch, you order food, excited to eat, it finally comes, and it's wrong. No time to get it fixed or get something else. So now I'm forced to eat this dry sandwich with only tomatoes on it. Thanks JJ. Will be ordering Jersey Mike's from now on. The delivery driver was great tho.
