Starbucks - Whitestown

The staff member at the window was extremely rude. When I asked if I could throw away a plastic cup before placing my coffee in the cup holder, they said, "I can't take trash." This was definitely the worst Starbucks experience I've had.

Additionally, the drive-through service at this Starbucks was impressively efficient. The wait time was minimal, allowing me to enjoy my favorite coffee without any unnecessary delays. The staff worked seamlessly together, ensuring that every order was delivered promptly. This level of efficiency is especially valuable during busy mornings when time is crucial. The combination of outstanding coffee and quick service made my visit to Starbucks in Whitestown remarkable. It's evident that the staff here takes pride in their work and strives to provide a positive experience for customers. My favorite Starbucks of all time! They consistently prepare the best drinks, never mess up my order, and their staff is incredibly friendly! A special shoutout to D, who is especially great in the early mornings!

The young woman at the drive-through was incredibly friendly. My only issue is with the design of the parking lot surrounding the restaurant; it seems to have been created to increase the chances of accidents. So, just be cautious when entering and exiting.

I understand that not every Starbucks prepares drinks the same way, but I expect them to be similar. I have been ordering the same drink for the past year, and this was the worst experience I've had at Starbucks. The drink was nothing like what I ordered, and I honestly can’t even describe the taste. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to return it. On a positive note, the place was clean, and while I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, they seemed friendly.
