Taco Bell - Whiteland

I can only give this place one star because it's required to leave a review, but if I could, I would give them zero stars! DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. I tried to order delivery and was told they were completely out of all drinks. When I accepted there would be no drinks, they then said they couldn't make a Gordita Crunch either. I asked if they could substitute it or offer a refund, and I was informed they couldn't even make a QUESADILLA! They then suggested I just cancel my order because they didn't want to waste their time dealing with it. I'm extremely frustrated—this is the worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced. It’s worth taking the extra 5-10 minutes to go to the Taco Bell in Greenwood or Franklin instead. Trust me, it’ll save you time, money, and a lot of frustration.

I ordered two large nacho fries, and they were barely filled. The service was for takeout, and I spent about $20–30 per person.

This is the second time this month that an item was missing from my order. I recommend checking your order before leaving, as I had to do this time. Although I was compensated for the missing item last time, I was relieved to verify my order at the restaurant today. Overall, I would rate the atmosphere at 2.

Ordered online at 5:50PM sent our son to pick it 40 minutes later he was still sitting in the lobby waiting. Finally at 6:40 he received the food. All the food was correct this time Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1

The lady was super nice and very sweet but my order was completely inaccurate I ordered two grilled cheese burritos and got two toasted breakfast burritos with burnt cheese and bacon slapped on the outside to try and make up for the fact they botched the order.
