KFC - Whiteheads Creek

Myself and my mother were parked in the car park next to the drive thru facing towards kfc, as we were sitting there we seen a big fat RAT walking around the outside eating area getting scraps left on tables and the floor, we couldn’t...believe our eyes so we drove closer and stopped next to the loading bay and as we were looking at this one, along came another and more in the tree against the building, we really didn’t know what to think or do, we’ve seen and heard about maggots in the food on several occasions over a month period and how dirty it is and how bad the food tastes hence why we don’t eat here but this is horrible, we recorded the rats having their little play and couldn’t help wonder what would be on the inside of the building. If I could give it a lower rating I would

We drive through. Ordered and were asked about the type of sauces we wanted with the deal we ordered. I said we wanted what was advertised on the board, the aioli . As we left we checked the order, no gravy that we’d paid for....Drove around through drive through got that.... mins later when we got back to our out of town accommodation we found no sauces very greasy chicken, all pieces the same, not a selection!

I always like to think of chain stores as being consistent, but clearly that is not the case. I did a drive-thru here last week. The service was quite good... friendly and the staff members were lovely. Value is consistent for all other KFC's. Service...is good. Food... sad to say , but it was godawful here. Everything appeared old and the taste confirmed that something wasn't quite right. I found my quick trip here to be very disappointing and based on that visit, I will not return.

Service was quick and friendly. Restaurant was clean and lost of seats inside and out. Food was served hot and crispy. Will be back

We stopped here on the way back to Melbourne and as we purchased our stacker boxes I went to the toilet and noticed that there was an I flushed deposit left in the bowl. It was so big I got the boys around and all...decided it reminded us of the basilisk from HARRY POTTER! This as well as some beautiful chicken topped off the trip! will be back!!! :D
