Fantastic, fresh, and roasted perfectly. I bought the starter pack, which is 3 different types of coffee so that I could test each and see what I like most. I loved them all. I tried each using three different methods: espresso machine, french press, and a regular coffee pot. Each turned out nicely (though I personally am a fan of the french press).
