Folklore Coffee Whitefish

Went to visit the shop with some friends after it was apparently remodeled recently. They mentioned that the layout was a lot more comfortable, but the music was still a little bit soft. We stayed and talked for a while but it still seemed a little too quiet in there to have much of a conversation if you didn't want other people to be listening in all the time. As for the coffee, everything we got was fantastic! Our lattes, cappuccinos, and drip coffee were all very tasty. I forget the barista's name but he was very friendly and extremely good at his job, quality latte art included. The only thing that was worth noting for me was that I wish that the drip coffee was a little bit hotter, but because it wasn't so hot I was able to taste a lot more of those subtle fruity notes which I also appreciated. The coffee and chai here are simply delightful! The espresso features pleasant woody and light chocolate notes, and everything is consistently well-prepared. The staff are incredibly helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The moment you walk in, it's cozy, and the aroma is absolutely lovely. They even have a bookshelf where you can exchange books and read. I highly recommend this little gem!

This café had everything I was looking for: great background music, comfy seating, free Wi-Fi, and a welcoming atmosphere for kids. My wife ordered a cappuccino, while I enjoyed one of my favorite herbal teas, the "Seven in Missoula."

What a charming little place! I wasn't wrong when I noticed that during my visit, they played only songs from Taylor Swift's "Folklore." I ordered the special, thinking it would be one of those espresso and club soda cocktails that have become quite popular this past year. It was quite delicious, though it wasn't my absolute favorite. I don’t mean to detract from the coffee shop—they crafted the drink beautifully, and the ambiance was fantastic! Everyone in the shop seemed to be enjoying themselves!

Great place. We drank coffee here every morning. Found a bag of Ethiopia to go home. I poured this morning. Best, highly recommended.
