I'm not going to Dunkin' for a cup of coffee. But when I received an email from DD Perks (Get a FREE medium hot coffee every week Monday Friday to 29 Jan), I wanted to try a cup of hot coffee for the first time. When I placed an order from a free cup of coffee over Dunkin's mobile app, she bothered. From frustration I stopped in my local Dunkin' retail store and spoke to one of the available Dunkin' crew members for help. Mr Joshua B. was always polite and soft; he understood my problem with Dunkin's mobile app, but he couldn't solve the technical problem. When I was frustrated with Dunkin's mobile app, I didn't want to buy anything, but since Mr. Joshua B. was kind to me, I bought a medium-sized cup (new) extra charged coffee with oat milk and no sugar. Do I ever want more (in the future)? Only time will tell.
Received coffees that tasted nothing like I ordered from other Dunkin? restaurants- had to dump them. At least the doughnuts are good
I'm a big Dunkin fan and have been to many throughout the country. These folks do a great job which is why there are very long lines at the drive thru and inside. Best option for this Dunkin is order on the go and pick up inside. I've never been disappointed but then I'm simply a coffee and breakfast sandwich guy.
Sitting here at 4:10 waiting for the open at 4am opening time so we can hit the road. Ridiculous. Update. Finally got someone?s attention after waiting 15 minutes. She claims ?baby, were get here at 4 am we?re not ready at 4am. What kind of establishment doesn?t ?open? at their opening hours of operation??
