Tim Hortons - White Lake

Nice, new facility. Rough staff. I went there one evening for coffee while I worked. The place is beautiful. However, the staff members were loudly cursing and complaining while blasting their nasty music killing the atmosphere. I'll try this again in a month and update my post.

Learn how to speak with customers. Waiting at the drive-thru window to receive my order. Wait was longer than should be but her rudeness had no issues. When you try to give me the wrong order and I tell you that?s not mine twice and I ask you if you?re short staffed, you don?t need to have an attitude and tell me everyone is and do you know people who want to work. Instead you should apologize for the mistake (would have been end of story) and be focused on giving me my breakfast that I received cold because it has been sitting on the counter and you?re trying to give me the wrong order. Yes. I do actually know people who will run this establishment like a clock, but they?ll fire you the 1st minute they?ll be in charge. There?s a way to talk to a customer and you need to learn that. In another incident, when you close anytime you want, post a sign and don?t let cars line up and wait at the drive-thru for nothing.

Ordered a turkey club, great sandwich. Coffee didnt taste vary fresh but was alright and my muffin has a hair on it ?????? was looking forward to trying this muffin but i wont be trying it now.

The Lady at the window was rude and extremely mean telling me my truck was too loud (there?s nothing done to my exhaust AT ALL Completely stock) she was in a mood told me not to come back I was shocked I had done nothing wrong except wait patiently for my coffee that was made wrong. I hate this place never go here unless you wanted to be treated unfairly. And have bad coffee

The employees here are extremely rude for absolutely no reason. They need to drop their horrible attitude. Also the coffee isn?t good either. Don?t come here unless you want to be treated badly and pay for something that?s not even worth the money. I wish I could give 0 stars. The middle aged woman with dark hair at the drive thru was especially rude.
