We received our food promptly and it was delicious! The restaurant is well-maintained, including the bathrooms and tables. They provide complimentary water cups and we especially enjoyed the cookies.
This restaurant is not a practical choice for a working individual looking for a quick lunch. They permitted construction workers to order 15 sandwiches in a single order, causing a lengthy wait of over 45 minutes even though I was third in line. This business practice is inefficient and not conducive to a positive dining experience.
Absolutely horrified that this day has come! I cannot believe I have lived to witness employees serving online customers before those who physically appear in-store for food.
Trevor was incredible! He paid very close attention to our order and even went the extra mile to make sure the two toasted subs were kept warm by wrapping them in tin foil, and unraveling the banana peppers on my sandwich so I wouldn?t be eating bananapepper cores. Great customer service, amazingly helpful and (something that?s hard to come by nowadays) service with asmile!!!!! Great work young man!
