We stopped here on our way from Minneapolis to Duluth and it was worth it.The shop is cute and really fun to walk around.I wish a couple things:1. There were single apples for sale. (We were flying and didn’t want to buy a large package)2. There was a fresh bakery on site verses their goodies prepackaged3. More activities/more area of orchard to walk through.Overall, it’s a cute family owned place!
Really disappointed with how this place has gone down hill.No tractor rides, no more Carmel apples, no kitchen/dining area, it’s basically an expensive store.I remember as a kid being able to spend hours here with all the activities and it not costing an arm and a leg. So sad to see.Honestly 2/5 stars host for the nostalgia, otherwise 0/5.
It was alright, not especially great or bad, but the prices didn't really reflect the experience. Afton Apple has a lot more to offer and has better prices. It's nice to have options though.
Pine Tree Apple Orchard is one of our favorite fall afternoon outings! They have a great selection of fresh apples and fresh frozen bakery items. We always buy their ready to home bake apple pies! I took my mom to Pine Tree Apple Orchard today. We were greeted at the door with a friendly “Hello”! I asked if they had a grocery cart for my mom. They only had baskets but offered to carry it for her. They even carried her purchase to my car. It was very impressive and kind customer service!
Beautiful Orchard, Friendliest staff and Delicious food. I bought a strawberry rhubarb pie and the freshly baked strawberry muffins and they were all so yummy!
