I called to see if I could get a refund, was said to wait until the next day to talk to a manager. very disappointed that this was my favorites almost food.
Little ones ever. I made it bad. very bad attitude from the employees. asked for extra cheese and the dame literally three pieces cheese on the burrito. highly recommend to find any other place in the opposite or drive a few minutes to the other chipotle
If I could give negative stars for this Chipotle I would. There have been countless times we've been here and our order still isn't made and countless times they've forgotten to give us something in our online order. The last straw was tonight when I got home and my quesadilla was a total mess and haphazardly shoved in a burrito bowl container with NONE of my sides. Absolutely unbelievable!! We are NEVER coming back to this Chipotle.
If I could give negative stars I would. Double and triple check your order. They taped my receipt to someone else's order, this time. Previous order they placed behind the counter instead of on the pick up shelves. I asked the employee where my order was and instead of helping he just told me to wait for the person working the to go counter. After 15 minutes past my pick up time I told him to either look for it or make it again. That's when he looked on the counter behind him and found my order. Extremely frustrating. Their chat customer service is completely inept.
Incredibly stingy on toppings!Ridiculous ?And the order was WRONG! NEED TO FOLLOW ORDER! SO IRRITATED HAD ORDER BACKWARDS, SAYS SOUR CREAM, AND NO SOUR CREAM, black beans instead of pinto, my husnand ordered black beans no cheese or lettuce! HOME NOW dont want to drive back! Grub Hub take out! THATS WHY YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK ORDER BEFORE LEAVING ANY TAKE OUT!
