Second Cup - Whitby

I have been a loyal customer of Second Cup for more than 20 years, but I am disappointed with the poor management of this particular location. They have a limited selection of Dufflet pastries and frequently do not have the promotional items available. There are occasions when the staff is unable to set up the outdoor tables because they are understaffed. Additionally, there have been instances where the food is in the stockroom but inaccessible to the staff. This is unacceptable.

This is the fourth time we have visited this shop and every time it's difficult to find a place to sit down when there are four of us. The food is good as is the coffee but, too many people take up the small space with their computers and iPads. Seems to be the same ignorant people every time taken no up a table for four with their computer and paperwork.looks like a portable office for losers. The staff need to post a time limit.

I have always enjoyed Second Cup. I believe they are underrated. They have a great selection of bakery items and a convenient location.

This is a lovely, tranquil spot to enjoy a cappuccino or latte. It's perfect for meeting a friend to chat, read the paper, or work on a crossword puzzle. The cozy atmosphere is especially inviting on a chilly winter day. Sink into one of the comfortable armchairs and unwind.

Clean, nice tables. Pretty good selection.Could improve on food items. I just don't find some of the staff very friendly when serving you.
