Popeye's Chicken & Seafood - Whitby

We are huge fans of KFC but the chicken here is good and a bit spicier if you like that. They even have corn on the cob which is awesome if you are craving it. The biscuits are soooo good when hot with butter. And the front staff girls - so friendly!

This franchise has the worst service ever. There was a mistake in my order and they expected me to drive back to the restaurant eventhough they have delivery. When i complained to head office they responded with more questions but NEVER followed up. Hopefully now being part of QSR Inc the standards will be better.

I just think that if you're a fan of fried chicken, this place has the competition all beat… The pieces are all crispy & big, & DELICIOUS. Just great, in my opinion.

Love the regular chicken and fries, better than KFC, juicy chicken, crunchy batter and quick service.

Took 20 minutes for them to prepare 10 pieces of Chicken on a Friday evening around dinner time. Restaurant was steady but not busy. Only one person cooking, one taking orders and another just trying to look busy. Up to now we have been regulars - not any longer. We had filled in the online survey and instead of a piece of chicken and biscuit we just got the biscuit - no chicken. The odd thing about the survey code was that the order lady had to go talk to her manager about honoring it. Love the product - service is ****.
