Order my food turned up an hour later tried to ring shop to find out where it was turned up at my door 1145 expected me to be happy, I will never be ordering again nobody even answered phone to even tell me if it was on way!

Great food mixed kebab is the best and the pizzas are top notch

Ordered food and waited 2 and a half hours tonight. Rang twice. One after an hour and a half and they said it was on the way. I rang again 30 mins later and it still wasn’t on the way. Of course it arrived cold. Absolute waste of time and money which is a shame as I was a regular customer of Star, but won’t be ordering again. No refund offered or anything as compensation. DONT ORDER FROM THIS WASTE OF A PLACE. ordered last night when got in form work wait and wait and then called in lady was a cheeky and it came 2 and half hours later cold and small bottle rather than the big one we ordered. Got me money back and food went in the bin. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
