Waited ages for our food. Eventually went and asked and it had been sitting a while, apparently the notification system wasn't working. It was stone cold, so we asked them to warm it up. It was shoved in the microwave for 30 seconds. The katsu bao bun was 1 tiny bit of battered chicken with some Spring onions on top, no katsu sauce. It was over £10 for two buns £9 plus the tip that gets added and the service charge). Won't go here again, very disappointing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20

Popped into Stacks for something to eat and after wandering around decided to try Bao Down. The plan was to try a few places so we got 2 bao buns and some fries. It was very quiet so the food was ready very quickly. The duck and the crispy prawn buns were both very good but would have been better with the prawn chopped up but I guess that's a presentation thing. Everything we tried was hot and delicious, would like to get back to try other offerings on the menu.
