Really good sushi. Had many options and could change roles for me. Had gluten-free soy sauce. My only complaint was the service. Very unobtrusive. Had to ask for water and fly it for refills. But I think I'm not gonna get sick with bad service.

A Whistler 4/5 and a Vancouver/Richmond 2.5/5If you haven’t had fresh west coast sushi before you’ll probably think this place rocks.Perhaps you’re someone living in landlocked Canadian prairie town, with only a Tim Hortons to take a dinner date. Or maybe you’re young and came from far away, like a large island continent, for a work and ski adventure, and this is your first experience with sushi. This is your jam then.Chicken karaage was boneless (good), but chewy- soft batter, which usually means the oil wasn’t hot enough. Ordered the spicy option, and to this restaurant spicy meant it was coated with a dry rub that tasted like Hy’s/Clubhouse seasoning salt. You know the seasoning that is in the large clear bottles with the excessively large holes under the snap cap.The size and appearance of the California roll was in stark contrast to large majestic Whistler and Blackcomb mountains which surrounded us. Upon careful inspection I did find the crab/imitation crab meat within.I can confirm the agedashi tofu indeed had tofu.Ordered takeout dinner on a weekend evening.Lacks the skills one would expect from a sushi restaurant in food flavoring, preparation and presentation.
