Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had the pleasure this past week I went to the Natick mall and was walking around and decided on my way out to pop in to see what this place was all about.It wasn't really busy so I felt that that would be the perfect time to slip in and I went right to the bar and I met Gabe, who was very friendly, very energetic and exhibited that he loved his job and it showed, and I had a wonderful avocado appetizer. I think they were wraps that were unbelievable.It was very clean and again he was very friendly enough so that I just went to the website and saw that they had a 3.7 star review and I was shocked. I have been in the restaurant industry for years and I can tell you I had exceptional service And I called because I could not remember Gabe's name and figured you know what I'm gonna give them five stars but I needed to remember what his name was .A gentleman answered by the name of Braulio and I asked for the manager and he said I am part of the management. How may I help you and I just told him that he needed to know that in today's day it's hard to keep businesses alive and that I just wanted him to acknowledge that he had a wonderful employee and that I had a great experience. He was so kind to me , And listened so professional and most of all grateful that I would have taken the time out of my day to think of my experience this past week to want to write a review.With that being said, I told him that I wanted to include him in the review and he was humble enough to say no that that wasn't necessary but I did anyway and then went on to say, but what I really wanna do is give you a gift card for going out of your way and he asked me for my mailing address.When telling him he didn't have to do that he absolutely insisted so you see the world can be a kinder place. I was simply just calling to ask him for the bartenders name and in a world full of crazy times right now people deserve to be acknowledged and recognized.So if you're looking for a great atmosphere and a good meal at a fair price definitely dine with these people... very attentive to customers.Will be coming back soon !Therese BrockAshland MaParking: G9 is where I parked within 100 feet. You're right there when you walk in.Wheelchair accessibility: if you park in front of it, to that specific entrance as soon as you get in it's right there on the right simple to come in.
Food is subpar. Server was okay. But management is a joke. Saw some failed drunk manager giving an employee condescending advice about how to serve. Zero will never go back.
Today, April 21, I had the worst experience in California, pizza at Natick Mall! The worst service, the managers are for decoration! smoking cigarettes outside the restaurant! I had to clean my own table, the waiter arrived after 25 minutes! The truth is, what a disappointment, I am a frequent customer and the truth is that today I was disappointed! Thanks for the Bad Service! I would like a real boss to contact me and tell him everything I experienced so they can improve the service!
Tried this place out years ago and it was great. Brought my daughter here today to enjoy a lunch together and was highly disappointed. First there was an Oder of bleach of some sort. We ordered a pizza, have Hawaiian and half margarita. The Hawaiian had most of the pineapple on one slice and none on the others. The margarita side was tomatoes taken out of a can and no mozzarella. The waiter never came over to check and see how things were lot if we needed anything. When we were done we waited 20 minutes before we finally had to ask another server for our check because our waiter was no where to be found. We then waited another 15 minutes and finally walked up to the hostess and asked if we could just pay so we could leave. Took them another 10 minutes to complete that. I expressed that the service was horrible and they said nothing. I will never go back.
Nothing I like more when eating pizza with coworkers then being stared at by the Busser mentally undressing me.
