Wendy's - Wheeling

Twice I have gotten chili here and after getting home, I find there is ONLY beans in it. No meat. NONE.

The food is typical fast food. It's overpriced, but everything nowadays is unfortunately. I will eat there again.

I was disappointed with my meal at this restaurant. The chicken nuggets were cold, the bread was stale, and the cheeseburger had a whole onion on it. I ended up feeding most of it to my dog, who at least seemed happy. My wife's salad looked brown and like it was about to expire. I hope she doesn't get food poisoning. The customer service was unfriendly and unwelcoming.

My hamberger was raw. When I called to let them know they acted like it was no big deal.

I regret to give a negative review, but the service at this restaurant was truly terrible. I do not solely blame the servers; there was a lack of management present at this location. I will not be returning, and it is crucial for them to have proper management in place and provide training for their staff.
