Tim Hortons - Wheeling

Here's TREMENDOUS. Best service, Bar no, in a fast food place in Wheeling. We are so regular that we go to order and recognize my voice. Did you say coffee? Sure. The woman wants milk in her coffee and I want cream. If I screw it up, is it one of those with milk? And of course they always have a sleeve on their coffee and not on mine, exactly right. And they know I'm helping a senior discount (saves 10% and that. I love Dunkin Doughnut coffee and that's the same. We always get hazelnuts in it. The breakfast sandwiches are SUPER and we appreciate that we can get them until 6:00 (no McDonald 10:30 here . Soup is FANTASTIC. Get the big size. Bakery products are meant to die. Especially seasonal items such as pumpkin seasoning. We use a croissant with egg salad or tuna and miss this. Your other sandwiches are very good. These people are human and very busy and will make an occasional mistake. Especially no napkins, but all fast food services must be so good. On a scale of 1-5 they are 10 and then some. I tried 3 different menus for 3 days. They were all yummy, especially in hot condition. Unexpectedly, I love the chips.

I loved there bacon egg and cheese croissant, the refreshers are soo good.

Wish I could give this zero stars. The staff here are awful! Rude and not accommodating. It was a great place when it first started but has become terrible. My family and I have gone here a few times because we like the brand, but the experience at this particular shop is just the worst. I can?t remember the last time one of the staff members were friendly. If they stop hiring low maybe it will be good again. Doubt it. If you want friendly service and excellent product go to Starbucks at the highlands and appreciate the friendly staff there!

Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee and treat. Surprised at the lack of doughnut variety. Ordered a caramel macchiato based on the image on the menu. When I received it, it did not have any visible whipped cream or caramel drizzle on top. When questioned about this, the obviously inexperienced staff person said, It melted into the coffee. That happens sometimes. Immediately afterward, we overhead the manager use profanity with another staff person. We will not be back.
