I was looking at the items on display and I picked up a colorful box and she said that's just a display extremely rudely to the point that it startled me. I doubt I go back. Might I add that I'm in a wheelchair and hooked to oxygen. Not sure sure if she thought I was trying to steal something and wheel off with it or what but I doubt I go back there. The whole experience was just weird.
Unacceptable! i have been contemplating on writing this review for a while. the blonde older lady that works as a barista not only can’t make any of my starbucks drinks correct, every time i come she is incredibly rude to the customers and co-workers. but, today was the last straw. there was a gentleman standing over her to insure she was delivering top quality service while he had not said a word to her yet while being kind to her, she started yelling at the gentleman making a huge scene while all of kroger’s and starbucks customers were all looking over at starbucks worker (older blonde lady). please get this under control, i have never been to a starbucks as terrible as the older blonde lady who works at this one in wheeling at kroger’s by national road.
I have debated whether to write this review as I have had several pleasant experiences at this location. The staff has always been friendly and efficient, and the drinks are always well made. That being said, I cannot believe the rudeness that I witnessed while getting coffee this morning. There were two employees: one taking orders and one making the drinks. The employee taking orders was rude, first off, and acted like it was a bother to be there. Then, while waiting for my drink, she was openly ripping on other customers to the employee making the drinks. She openly made rude remarks about several of us WHILE WE WERE STANDING THERE and then laughed! I could not believe it. Props to the second employee for not engaging in the insults. I understand that working with the public/customer service can leave a lot to be desired; however, this type of behavior is not acceptable IMO.
When they are open they are really good but a lot of problems keeping employees and call offs it seems. And even when they post hours they don’t stick to them.
Drove 30 minutes out of the way to get a coffee while seeing Christmas lights. Showed up at 5:30 and they were closed. Google says it closes at 8. Inside Kroger.
