Mcdonald's - Wheeling

Terrible service and dirty! we waited for almost an hour to eat until we had enough to wait, then we had to wait 20 minutes until the manager came and give us our refund. flowing on the entire order screens and almost everyone table was dirty. avoid them if possible

Would be better if they could hire more people that apply so the store can be closer to fully staffed.

Great service! Usually forgets something in the meal but thats fine!

This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to literally! when I pulled up to the drive-thru there was four cars in front of me I've been in waiting to get my order taken for 20 minutes after ordering 35 I can't wait to get food and the fries were cold and my sandwiches record the only thing warm nuggets

The staff were very rude and not very welcoming. I understand that mornings are busy, but it should be about the customer experience. The only other complaint I have is that the service here is very slow.
