Przekaż informację zwrotnąI can’t say I’ve had terrible experiences at this location or that I never liked the food but there have been multiple miscommunications that make me feel like i’m wasting my time and theirs. You can talk to the employees in english and Spanish and they still don’t get the orders right. Even online orders are done wrong.
Horrible customer service. The employees are rude don't care about their job it shows. If you can't do your job right just let someone else do it. This place needs some new faces.

Be warned if you choose this location and Dunkin in general. The app allows you to order things that are out of stock, and then the employees cannot refund you for that in store. They’ll tell you to call or email customer service, and they’ll just ghost you also when you try contacting them. The franchise owner never provided their name or real contact info. My next step is contacting the BBB as they shouldn’t be allowed to do this to people.
Placed a mobile order and was told they don't have it and I ordered from the wrong location. Address was correct and when I clicked on the direction it told me it was this store. When I showed the cashier, She got snappy with me and told me th3 address was wrong when it was litteraly written on the building. App won't let me get a refund so I'm out 20 bucks. Never coming back.
