Domino's Pizza - Wheeling

Worst pizza experience and customer service to this store. I would not recommend to place any order to this store. I ordered two boxes of pizza from this store and while eating I had found long hair in it, not just in one piece but in three pieces of pizza. I have called them and explained the quality concern. They told me that they refund. It’s been a month but I have not either received credit nor refund, I have called them to find why there is no refund or credit, the store keeper after listening me , did not answer and dropped the call. Please beware of such places where they do not maintain basic food quality and do not take care of customers serious concern about it.

I called the store I order pizza from and asked how to redeem free emergency pizza on my account. Victor answered and told me to call another store to find out how to redeem my free pizza. Very rude and quick to talk. No service or sincere service here. Hmm. ?

First time going to this location.Employees were not friendly.And my bbq chicken was extremely burnt and my pizza hardly had any cheese on it. I was very disappointed.

Ordered for carry out Philly cheese steak sandwich as whole thing was super small. Bread was very small and the didn’t even put enough cheese any barely super thin 3 slices of meat . What a joke !!!

They got my order wrong even tho i asked for a pepperoni and they gave me cheese pizza and forgot my ranch NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
