Chipotle Mexican Grill - Wheat Ridge

Wrong order complete! Very rude! Order online was not ready on time!

The blonde at the register on 2/28 was very rude. Went in and seen free guacamole for a special for leap day. Added it to both our dishes then at the register the girl said it's on the app so we pulled out the phone to find the coupon. She got very frustrated and rudley told my husband just to let you know our rush is about to come in. Couldn't get the app to work you could tell she was getting frustrated went to get a manager and the manager and she comped it off 1, told my husband it was one per customer. Well we were 2 customers. Not to mention the guacamole was old you could tell because it was right when they opened and the guacamole was at the bottom of the bowl and browning. The whole fiasco took about 15 min by that time our food was cold. This makes me not to ever go back to chipotle ever again, if we do it definitely won't be at this location.

They don't open at the indicated time, put the hours

Really impressed with the people here. I was being helped and witnessed a highly aggravated customer (for a seemingly minute issue) behave extremely poorly with the staff. The employees handled it with integrity and composure. Very disappointed in that man, and very pleased to see the staff handle it like champs. Great quality food, will surely be back.

Pretty disappointing when you show up and they are out of 50% of the items you want with over an hour still left till close (no lettuce, chips, veggie mix, 2 meat options). This has happened multiple times unfortunately. Close your store earlier if you can’t serve/feed the people that show up late.
