I was blown away yesterday by your great customer service! The first time I was in your business and bought Chipotle in at least a decade. You offered my company a BOGO offer for November 3, which brought me in. I put my order online so I could get it quickly on my 30 minutes break. Somehow it was missed, but as soon as I asked, the girls swung on the line in action and made it fresh in no time! I was still in and out in 5 minutes, and what was blown away was told NO CHARGE and we are very sad for the wait! And I have two BOGO vouchers to come!! I will definitely not wait to come back years or even weeks, that was better service and great tasting food than I could imagine!

Leo and his crew gave me excellent customer service and I'm sorry if I don't remember the name of the girl who made my burrito but it was EXCEPTIONAL. Keep up the great work, it's not going unnoticed.

Enjoyed the food! But the cashier was so sweet. My son had been crying because he lost his soccer game, so as we sat to eat, he brought over a bag of chips to cheer him up.
