I wanted to try the Moving Mountain burger at this restaurant because it sounded appealing on the menu. However, when we were seated at our table, we noticed food all over the floor and the table felt sticky. We had to order our salads from a checklist due to post-lockdown measures, and I observed the person preparing the salads was only wearing a shirt and trousers, which didn't seem very hygienic. My salad came back with a large clump of coleslaw at the bottom, which I had to send back. I was not feeling very confident about the quality of my meal if they couldn't get a simple salad order right. When the burger arrived, there were no vegan stickers on it, which was slightly concerning. However, it tasted normal to me, so I was 99% sure it was vegan. The burger itself was good, and we added some of our salad to enhance it. My son also had the vegan apple pie and ice cream, which resembled a Mr Kipling apple pie, and he seemed to enjoy it. Overall, the burger was good, but the sticky and dirty feeling of the restaurant made me eager to leave.
