The Shack Cafe - Weymouth

We've wanted to dine here for years, and last week we finally did. We were thoroughly impressed! The quality of the food, the cooking, the presentation, and the service were all exceptional. We enjoyed roasted monkfish, gurnard, lemon sole, and megrim sole, all of which were top-notch. The ambiance is beautiful, with plenty of space both inside and outside. The crab house beer was also excellent. We will definitely return!

I decided to have lunch here and enjoyed a delicious chicken, ham, and leek pie with roasted new potatoes. My friend opted for a crumbled sandwich. We also had two coffees and shared a cake, all for a total of £37. The staff was friendly and efficient, and there were plenty of parking spaces available for £1.50 for two hours.

I had a hunch that this restaurant, which is associated with YouTuber stars Cirsten Joerg, would be a hidden gem, and it quickly earned a spot on my foodie bucket list. I must say, the food, atmosphere, and service were exceptional and exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated that the dishes were not only delicious but also keto-friendly and low in carbs, featuring cauliflower rice. The curry was delightful—it might just be one of Dorset’s best-kept secrets! I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated all three courses of the lunch, which were expertly prepared by the chef.

Eating is exceptional. fresh, well prepared and presented. the situation is brilliant. beach fack with addons everywhere. ben’s hütte in local hero with buttons on. staff helpful, friendly and ready for everyone to have a special time. we'll be back soon.

Went here for an intimate family meal after our wedding last weekend. The food here is always fantastic and location superb. It was really busy so took a while to get drinks and get hold of staff but food came really quickly and delicious!! It would be nice if there was a range of dishes for kids as my son can only have fish and chips each time we go as that’s all they do. Something like fish goujon samdwiches would go down a storm! Thank you for such a great experience again
