This restaurant review captures the essence of a typical pub chain experience. We arrived around 7:30pm and found the place bustling with patrons, with few available tables. As a fan of real ale, I opted for Doom Bar while my spouse enjoyed a cold bottle of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. We didn't have food here as we had already eaten an Oriental meal beforehand. The outdoor beer/smoking garden at the back was a pleasant spot, well sheltered from any inclement weather. Overall, we would recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a consistent and familiar pub chain experience. You can trust that you'll know what to expect before you even arrive.

The food at this restaurant was excellent and the staff were outstanding, making it great value for money.

We dined at this restaurant two nights in a row because they offer a diverse menu selection. The restaurant can get crowded at times, but the food is always served promptly. It can be a bit noisy, especially in the early evening, but it tends to quiet down later on.

Wrong number on table. Instead of looking for us with food returned it to chef. Eventually asked where food was brought out cold so had to wait again fir fresh food. One was a medium rare steak when asked for medium to well done. So took back again.

Went in to get out of the rain. Hot chocolate was good. Others drinks were too. Toilets were clean and the staff friendly. Good solid spoons!
