Papa Gino's - Weymouth

The charming gentleman at the front, wearing glasses, really puts in a lot of effort. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied.

As I was waiting, the driver finally showed up, but then proceeded to interrogate my young son about the total and demanded proof of payment (the receipt clearly stated it had been paid, and I have this captured on my Ring camera). When the manager called, the driver was still making my son uncomfortable at the door. I asked the manager why this was happening, and he admitted he didn’t understand why the driver was acting that way. Ultimately, I received a refund for the pizza due to its hour-late delivery and the fact that it was cold. However, the combination of the delay and the driver making my son uncomfortable has led us to decide against ordering from here again. I was a regular customer who tipped the driver $10 in cash every time, and it’s disappointing to see such service. You really need to improve.

Good pizza but $17.75 for lg cheese is ridiculous. Prob costs $3 bucks in food prep. Otherwise would give 5 star

Our family was set up for a delivery that was to take 30 to 40 minutes from Papa Geno's on Pond St. Store #1162. 1 1/2 later we called Papa Gino's concerned about our order that hadn't arrived at home. Minutes later, I believe her to be the supervisor, hername was Ashley. she apologized for the delay. They remade our order Ashley refunded me in full which was over 71.00 I, alongwith my family we're amazed with the above beyond superb customer service we received from Ashley staff due to misplacementof our first order.????????

I have never been satisfied with this particular Papa Gino's location, despite it being my favorite spot for cheese pizza. They always seem to make mistakes. The last time I ordered, they texted me about the expected delivery time, so I waited outside in the cool rain because my address can be tricky to find. Unfortunately, they were 22 minutes late. The delivery driver was apologetic and friendly, but the pizza arrived cold. Moreover, their cheese pizza doesn’t taste the same as the ones from other Papa Gino's locations I've tried. I was hoping to give this place one more chance, but I don’t think I can return again.
