The teas and shakes are consistently excellent, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When you enter, there’s no one to greet you, and when you ask about specific teas, staff members don’t provide any helpful opinions. I ordered a tea to go, but when I got it home, it had a terrible smell! I took it back because it was undrinkable, and when I explained the issue to a woman there, she just sniffed it and said it was “just the lift off.” She remade the drink, placed it on the counter without a word, and that was it. I’ve visited this place numerous times and have had the same disappointing experience each time, which is quite off-putting.

This place is absolutely charming! It has a cozy atmosphere that's beautifully decorated. The shakes and bowls, made with Herbalife products, are delicious and quite filling. While the customer service is decent, it could be better, so I deducted a star for that. However, I would definitely return!

There isn’t a single fruit or vegetable to be found here. It feels like nothing more than a network marketing product. Be cautious—you're not getting what you might expect. It’s better to go to a genuine smoothie spot instead. Tropical Smoothie Cafes offer a fantastic selection and actually use real fruits and vegetables, not just powders.

I go to yoga at Ritual in the same building. Tried them out for the first time this past Saturday. Got a fruity pebbles bowl Watermelon Limeade Tea. Really really good. It’s going to be an every Saturday tradition after yoga from now on.

Went here while visiting a friend. The service and their DJ leave much to be desired.
