Bistro Am Dom - Wetzlar

We were there with two little children, we had a high chair right away, and they also offered a baby girl. they have fulfilled all our desires, the staff was very helpful, the eating was excellent, with a beautiful sarg and dessert rounded. highly recommended!

I ate in this restaurant as part of a group business dinner. the restaurant itself was quite busy. for the selection we offered, that was the food order. I had the fish dish that was cooked well. the Pana-Citta served with whisper was a...small bit too hard for my taste. personal was friendly and the service was good.

They were there during a business trip. we all had a choice in the menu. great eating, good waiters. funny thing: the coca cola glasses are smaller than the wine glasses (including volume.) beautiful view of the terrace to the dom of wetzlar. would come back.

More affordable place with Italian oriented. for me the highest point was the tomaten soup: creamy and warm at the right temperature. even if it was late in the night and I was the last to leave, the waiters were still with a smile in their faces.

I visit the Leica Company in Wetzlar few times a year. Just 50 meters from Luciano reastaurant (the Wirt am Dom) ,there is the Leica Shop of my best friend , Lars Netopil , and often we all go together to have a supernice dish...by Luciano. Food and superfriendly service where and still are at topo level during the about twenty years of my Wetzlarer visits.
