Subway - WETUMPKA

I just want to say, it is 9:50! The subway in Holtville AL. does not close until 10:00. I walked in 20-30 minutes before closing and they turned me away, because quote on quote “we have already closed our register down” while they have nothing out. I work in the food industry so I understand how annoying it is when customers come in late, but for you to be so rude, and not even offer is ridiculous! I come here at-least 2x a week, and live very close by, on my way home from work, i just wanted to grab some dinner. It’s sad how little there employees care about customers. I will say the only ones that care, and are considerate is the young ones, it’s sad that in this generation. The adults are more selfish, and rude than young people. 0/10. You need a better staff! If you didn’t want to come to work with a smile, you don’t deserve a job! Be thankful for what you have, and If your not give it to someone who will be!

You know, it’s just an average subway. The food was good and it had a lot more of numerous flavors. Overall it was alright. Wheelchair accessibility: I had no wheelchair accessibility

I did an online order I specifically said toasted it wasn’t toasted I said no lettuce they added lettuce on top of charged my gift card 3 dollar more . I said less black olives on my pizza they added more I’m not satisfied.

What a difference! It went from dirty and mismanaged to my favorite place for a quick bite. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! The food is fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is clean and fresh. Way to go, Slapout Subway!! Kid-friendliness: It was our daughter's birthday and they made a big deal of it. It made her feel special!

THIS STORE DOES NOT ACCEPT COUPONS RECEIVED IN YOUR LOCAL MAIL!!!! Tried to use a non-expired coupon I just received in the mail when they informed me they do not accept coupons. Apparently this is a decision of the owners. GREED AND A CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH JUST TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR!!!!!
