I dont remember her name but our waitress was amazing with her cute ornament earrings she had on

First of all there was no paper towels in the men’s bathroom. I drove over 1 hour and 30 minutes and out my name down on the waitlist and still waited. The table we had was dirty in between the crevices, floors were being swept while we sat and the chairs all had crumbs and shrimp in it. The server wasn’t very helpful or attentive. Poor attitude and didn’t ask us how the food was. She didn’t really acknowledge us either. Overall very dirty, not sanitary place, poor customer service and the managers weren’t around to even check on us. Waited on our last plate for at least another 30 minutes, food was ok. All dirty tables around us and everyone was in the host stand not doing much. Never going there again.
