Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes while 6 people, including the manager, were arguing and threatening staff. This was very unprofessional. When I finally asked for a coffee, I was met with a rude attitude and ended up spilling coffee on my hand. For the price I paid, I expected much better customer service. I will never return and would give no stars if I could.
All is exceptional, manager is gr8,u need more like
I know a chain like Duncan is supposed to always have the same coffee but the lattes are frequently different depending on where you go. The young lady who made the latte here did it perfectly! It was so good with just the right foam and coffee mixture well espresso mixture.
Having worked in the food service industry for many years, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of this restaurant in recent months. Despite only visiting for the sake of convenience, I used to believe that they had a good staff. However, if I were in charge of this location, I would opt to replace all the staff and essentially start from scratch.
Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. Staff needs retraining and a new manager. Not one time I’ve been through this Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru and my order was correct . Long lines and caused me to be late for work sooo many times just to get my order wrong! It’s ridiculous! . I’ve looked down at the comments and it’s others complaining about the same . What is going on ?!
