Dunkin' - Wethersfield

I never leave these types of reviews on places like this, but as someone who's worked in retail I pride myself in being the kindest, most patient person.I recently moved to the area and all I wanted was coffee and a wake up wrap or bagel before work.This place is literally a minute up the street from me but every time I go, something is wrong with my order... but the line is so long I don't have the heart to say anything and I just leave.Some examples:I ordered the pumpkin cream cold brew, got an iced coffee with pumpkin swirl. Ordered it again the next day, got coffee with cream and foam on top.Ordered it again today, got the same as above, but with cinnamon.The only difference, is today I asked for Just cold brew on bottom, without swirl or creamer, and foam on top got a rude ..Yeah. The Pumpkin cream cold brew To which I bravely was like Just double checking, its just cold brew with nothing but the foam added on top...right Got a lot of attitude for that haha. I had the audacity to order a bagel too..(it was burnt btw)But my coffee still had swirl at the bottom and creamer..And it wasn't the foam dripping down, promise...Once I asked for a black iced tea with blueberry and sweetener I got a black coffee. I mobile ordered 2 wake up wraps, got 2 croissant sandwiches.I just really really really have faith that this was going to work itself out somehow and that I'll get my order as I wanted it. But every time, its just wrong. But I don't make a fuss or scream about it.But the mean behavior is really not called for. Like, I get it, I hate working retail too. But like. Im not being mean, don't be mean to me, ya know?Anyways.. Its really hard to get stuff right here... Its really a shame..

Nice and clean got my order and they would even go as far as making sure it was done right. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I orderer a difficult frozen coffee combination. When a place gets it correct I'm happy.

The Early morning shift people especially the white older lady with blonde hair, worst service ever, horrible attitude. I will never go there again I rather drive miles to go to another dunkin then go to this one right near my house, horrible customer service. This place sucks? I wish there was a -1 star because this place definitely dosen't deserve any stars

Got the coffee orders right. Just wish they had the staff more organized and dressing more like employees. I saw sweatpants, one girl looked like she cut the hem of her shirt... Not a huge problem but just a note
