I learned about this restaurant after going to a friend's BBQ in the West.
"Our family relocated to Fairfield with the aim of serving our local community. Unfortunately, we have witnessed five other South American butcher shops in the area shut down," recounts the third generation Chilean butcher.
This restaurant is a fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and arguably the best in town. It's a family-owned establishment with quick and friendly service. I highly recommend it.
